Mint, Coriander & Chilli Dip Mumbai Style

Ingredients

Large bunch of fresh mint leaves

Large bunch of fresh coriander leaves

1 Clove of garlic

Slice of fresh ginger

Juice from 1/2 a lemon

3 hot fresh green chillies

1/2tsp salt

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth

Serve

As a dipping sauce with any meat or fish dish – great with bbq food
