base curry gravy
Ingredients
- 4lb onions
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 2 chopped carrots
- 2 bulbs of minced garlic
- 2 fresh green chillies
- Minced fresh ginger – match the garlic quantity
- 8 tbsp. veg oil
- 2 ltr of water
- 1 large bunch of coriander
- Method
- Add all the ingredients to a large stockpot
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 1hr 15mins until soft and tender
- Blend into a fine gravy
