Ingredients

  • 4lb onions
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • 2 bulbs of minced garlic
  • 2 fresh green chillies
  • Minced fresh ginger – match the garlic quantity
  • 8 tbsp. veg oil
  • 2 ltr of water
  • 1 large bunch of coriander

 

  • Method
  1. Add all the ingredients to a large stockpot
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1hr 15mins until soft and tender
  3. Blend into a fine gravy
